healite II
A Brighter Way To Recover
What is Healite II?
Healite II is a professional LED light therapy treatment that can be added to select procedures to support the skin following treatment.
Unlike a laser or resurfacing treatment, Healite II doesn't intentionally create heat or injury. It uses low-level light therapy (also known as photobiomodulation) to interact with cellular processes involved in tissue response and recovery.
At The Infirmary, we often incorporate Healite II when we want to give your skin a little extra support after we've asked it to do some work.
Why Add Add A Healite?
Gentle Support for Freshly Treated Skin
We may recommend Healite II when we're focused on:
Post-Treatment Recovery
To support the skin following select aesthetic procedures.
Redness + Swelling
LED therapy can be incorporated after treatment to help calm temporary erythema and edema.
Skin Comfort
A gentle, non-invasive option when freshly treated skin could use a little extra attention.
Overall Skin Support
Photobiomodulation can complement a broader treatment plan without adding another resurfacing procedure or additional downtime.
How does it work?
Relax and Rejuvenate
You simply relax beneath the Healite II panel while the selected LED protocol is delivered.
There's no needling, exfoliation or intentional heating of the skin. A typical Healite II session takes approximately 10–20 minutes and is generally comfortable.
