who we are.
Built by nurses. Shaped by experience
The Infirmary began with a mother and daughter, two generations of nurses, and a shared vision of creating something of our own.
What started small has grown alongside us. Our knowledge deepened, our curiosity has grown, our team has expanded.
Through every version of the clinic, one thing has remained constant: nursing is at the heart of who we are.
This is our story.
how it started.
TWO GENERATIONS. ONE SHARED VISION
The Infirmary was founded by Michelle and Mackenzie Foulkes, two nurses with very different nursing careers and a shared love of learning, patient care and doing things well.
When we entered into medical aesthetics, we wanted to create somewhere that felt like us: knowledgeable but approachable, ambitious without losing its warmth, and grounded in the values that had shaped our careers in healthcare.
how it’s going.
WE’VE GROWN. SO HAS OUR VISION
Two nurses became a team of nurses. Our knowledge became more specialized, our treatment offering expanded, and the more we learned, the more intentional we became about the clinic we wanted to build.
We never set out to become the biggest clinic. We wanted to become exceptionally good at what we do.
For us, growth means investing in education, choosing technology thoughtfully, learning from experts and being willing to evolve when we know there is a better way.
We don’t believe expertise is something you arrive at. It’s something you continue to build.
What we believe.
The things that don’t change
Stay curious: There is always more to learn.
Educate, never pressure: You should understand the why behind your care, and never feel sold to.
Know when to say no: Sometimes the best recommendation is to wait, choose something different or do nothing at all.
Never treat on autopilot: People change. Skin changes. Goals change. Good care pays attention.
Be really good at what you do: Training, practice and continued education aren’t extras around here.
Care deeply: Exceptional care matters. So now we make people feel.

The Infirmary means a great deal to us, and so do the people who walk through our doors. To those who have trusted us from the beginning, and to those we haven’t met yet, thank you for being here. We can’t wait to welcome you in
